Sorry - I like my cheviots even though they are a little WILD - they have the cutest faces.
Back to the tasty part - we've had leg of lamb on the grill and this past week I made a delicious shepherd's pie. All from one little cheviot who took one for the team this spring.
I particularly like the looks of cheviots - those cute little perky ears and pretty refined heads (and clean faces) just get me every single time! Haven't eaten one yet though. That's IT! Dinner at Deb's house. lol
